- Claims for Lost Packages: Must be filed within 7 business days of the delivery date.
- Claims for Incorrect or Missing Items: Must be reported within 3 business days at support@jewellar.com with photo evidence.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds take 2–7 business days to reflect in your original payment account. We cannot refund to a different payment method.
