Order Cancellation
Once your order has entered the packaging and shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds & Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at contact@jewellar.com within 15 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
Please note: Personalized or monogrammed items, special orders, and products that show signs of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at contact@jewellar.com within 15 days, including clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we approve your claim, we’ll process a refund or replacement.
Damaged Packaging
If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Missing Orders
If tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
All issues must be reported within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, the product will be considered delivered and satisfactory.
