- You received a damaged or defective item
- The item is significantly different from its description or product images
- You received the wrong item
- Your package is missing or undelivered
Please note: refunds are not issued for change of mind or shipping delays resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at support@jewellar.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photo(s) of the item(s) received
- A photo of the shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 24–48 hours to resolve your request.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Returns
In most cases, returning the item is not required. We will issue a refund or send a replacement — no additional steps needed on your end.
