Returns & Refunds

When am I eligible for a refund or replacement?

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • The item is significantly different from the description or photos
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your package is missing or was never delivered

⚠️ Please note: Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or shipping delays caused by incorrect address details.

  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We'll respond within 24–48 hours to make things right.

In most cases, returns are not required.

We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement β€” no hassle, no extra steps.

Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
