If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, we'll make it right.

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before processing your claim.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Spelling, dates, or personalization details provided incorrectly by the customer.
• Orders where the customer approved the personalization details before production.
• Normal wear and tear or accidental damage after delivery.
