When am I eligible for a refund or replacement?
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- The item is significantly different from the description or photos
- You received the wrong item
- Your package is missing or was never delivered
⚠️ Please note: Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or shipping delays caused by incorrect address details.
How do I request a refund or replacement?

- Clear photo(s) of the received item(s)
- A photo of the shipping label
- A brief explanation of the issue
We'll respond within 24–48 hours to make things right.
Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, returns are not required.
We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement — no hassle, no extra steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
