Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, your Jewellar order will reach you.


Shipping Cost

Shipping is complimentary on all orders — no minimum spend required. We also guarantee no customs duties or additional taxes upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.


Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This includes quality inspection and thoughtful packaging.

  • United States: 5–10 business days after processing
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after processing
  • European Union: 5–10 business days after processing
  • Rest of the World: 5–15 business days after processing, depending on destination

Please note: deliveries to remote areas may require additional time. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders promptly, so we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at support@jewellar.com


Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend:

  • Contacting us if more than 15 business days have passed since dispatch

Address Policy

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
